Getting client mode to work
Frst disabled security on main router. Then followed
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Client_Bridged
then added security on main router and client router (dlink dir-615) (WPA2-personal sec key: AES). Specifying AES on main router may bare been the crucial part.
